Hello, I have a cloud from a service provider that looks like a Ethernet Switch to the WAN routers.
The problem I have is that when inside the provider network, for instance, a site's ethernet port stops forwarding in the cloud, there is no indication on the NPM.
The ethernet link is still up/up, but ip traffic not forwarding through the SP Cloud from/to that site. So NPM still show the Site's Router and all interfaces UP. The router can still be reached by multiple redundant connections.
How can I setup NPM to capture this kind of failure?
