Are you Orion and database on the same server? If so, we don't recommend this although it may not be the cause of your problem.

Click Submit a Technical Support Ticket and reference this thwack post.
In order to receive technical support, you will need to be current on your SolarWinds maintenance. Complete the form. You will not be able to upload your Orion diagnostics, but you will receive an email back that allows you to upload diagnostics.
Check out the Engines table in your DB. I'm guessing 'Community' will still be listed there as one of the engines.
Support should be able to walk you through the steps to correct it pretty quickly. I away from my desk at the moment, so I don't have the steps handy, otherwise I'd post them directly.
