unable to analyse "systemoutofmemory" exception from application

In my application, I am getting 'SystemOutOfMemory' exception at different point of application execution. I tried to take the performance report using ANTS profiler as well as using VSTS. but the report is not generating properly so unable to find out from where this exception is coming.

Please help me out how can I find out the cause for this exception.
