Tell me I'm missing something simple. I made sure all the necessary servers are running, I went through node discovery, and I am sending SNMP traps on UDP 162, but they do not show up in the trap viewer. I can see the packets arriving at my Orion server, but for some reason NPM isn't picking them up. Both the Windows SNMP Trap Service and SolarWinds SNMP trap service are running. I'm using Microsoft Network Monitor 3.3 to capture the network traffic and I can see the SNMP packets come in. Where should I look next?
I am using the JoeSNMP library on JBoss to send the traps from within a web services application.
