I believe if you delete the view and then re-run the configuration wizard it'll put it back. I haven't tried to fix that particular problem before though.
You could delete the Node Details view, then run the Web Configuration Backup tool and have it Merge (not Overwrite!) the "NetPerfMon Initial Configuration" file.
This will give you a new view called "Node Details" with the default resource setup, but it will have a different view id number in the database. It may be necessary to update some of your accounts to point to this new Node Details view.
You can run the Orion Configuration Wizard and just choose Website, it should rebuild the whole thing.
