catools slow since migration to latest version

The problem may well be related to your VMWare configuration rather than the upgrade of CatTools.

You can configure VM's to use multiple 'virtual' CPU's, (based on the number of physical CPU's you have on your server).   Can you check the VM setup for the one hosting CatTools and ensure that there is only 1 virtual CPU configured for it.

sorry for the late reply. i checked and now as i only set 1 cpu it works.

@devs: any chance to make catools multi-cpu capable?

Hi Neimand0815 - we haven't had requests for this before - but we'll note your interest in making CatTools multi-CPU capable and if we get enough requests for it, we would consider adding it to the roadmap.
