Switchport Mapper doesn't display MAC/IP/DNS on some Cisco 6513s

I am having a problem similar to:

I have Engineer's Toolset version 9.2.0.47.  We have several Cisco 6513s as our core switches  in different locations.  Of the nine switches, I do not get the Device MACs/IP/DNS Name information on 5 of them - only 4 display the information in switchport mapper.

These switches share the same IOS, configs are the same, etc. They are all layer 3 devices.

I've searched this forum extensively, but don't see where there has been a definative fix.

Any ideas???
