Error testing an advanced volume alert

I've just setup a new volume alert and just tried test firing it and get an error: -2147217913 - The conversion of a char data type to a datetime data type resulted in an out-of-range datetime value.

I had a search through Thwack and found a couple of others questions asked about this back in 2008 and the Solarwinds response was they would fix it in a SP.

Have I got the same issue as the previous posters or is this something different?

I'm running Win 2008 x64 with NPM v9.5 SP 4.
