When using the Orion Service Manager to stop the services, how long should it take for the "Solarwinds Network Performance Monitor" (aka NetPerfMonService) to finally stop? I select Shutdown Everything from the menu and all of the other services will stop without issue. The only way to stop it seems to be to kill it via the task manager.
