ORION NPM EAMIL ALERTS

Hi,

Am very new to this forums Can somebody tell me how to configure eamil alerts if any nodes or interface goes down. Triyed in basic alerts and advance alerts also i can get the status on alerts page even i send test eamil is triggering (i can get test mail ) but am not able to get mail if the interface goes down...

Note am using orion npm eval

Have you been able to follow the examples in the Admin Guide?

Also if you can export the alert template and post here I'll take a look at it.

You should find relevant procedures and examples to work through in the SolarWinds Orion NPM Administrator Guide, specifically chapter "Creating and Managing Alerts", section "Creating and Configuring Advanced Alerts", and following.
