Port mapper CLI issue

I'm having difficulty getting output from the switch port mapper command line tool SWSPMCMD.exe. When I run the tool I recieve this output. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

mgage247 - You are using a pretty old version. We are now at version 10.4. Can you give that a try?
