How to add a graph to the front page?

Dead easy i'm sure but i've added a custom performance monitor counter as an application, i'd like to add the graph to my from page, any idea how i would do this please as i can see how to add a lot of other things, just not the graph i'm interested in?

Is this a graph of information returned by a Universal Device Poller configured within Orion NPM, or is this from an external application?

Hi Pacetti,
I've created a custom template using a wmi monitor as per which gives me the graph i need presented in apm, would like this graph on the main network summary page if poss as they are quite important stats for us
