Endpoint view - Often erratic

I put in a hostname/ip address/group name as an enpoint and click enter.

Regularly I either have to wait for 1+ min, or alternatively nothing happens at all.

Why?

I have two dedicated servers for this product, one for the webserver, one for the sql database. I am presently one of about 3 people using it, and at the present time it's mostly me. So, what is causing this, and how can I fix it?

Check the disk queue on the SQL server. This symptom is normally caused by a SQL server that is not keeping up with writes. Any other information on the servers will be helpful (RAID, hardware et cetera)

when you mentioned "I put in a hostname/ip address/group name as an enpoint and click enter" did you mean usage of "Search By Endpoint" resource?
