Forum VM's not showing up as "monitored" under ESX host Properties

VM's not showing up as "monitored" under ESX host Properties

We are running NPM 9.5 SP4 and we are monitoring our ESX cluster which contains two ESX hosts in HA. We have been monitoring the guests by directly polling them via SNMP, however they do not show up under the list of VMs with a status LED and information like IP address (as shown above.)

I've even tried deleting the object, and then adding it by clicking on the object under "List of Virutal Machines" and they still do not show up with the status LED.

Am I missing something?

Guess I forgot that important detail.. We're running ESX Server 3.5

Don,

Please try restarting the SolarWinds Orion Module Engine service.

Ok.. Tried restarting the Orion Module Engine service and still no joy.
Any other ideas?
