As per the other post, did you open a ticket on this so we can get the defect filed appropriately?
Yes, please open a support ticket. To save time, run Orion Diagnostics on it first because support will ask you to do that. Here's how, if you don't already know:
- Click Start>SolarWinds Orion>Documentation and Support>Orion Diagnostics.
- Click Start.
- Name the file in the Save As window. The Diagnostics program runs.
- Open a support ticket here. You won't be able to attach the diagnostics file but you'll receive an email that allows you to attach it.
