I have just noticed that we have not recieved any traps since 7/19/09, after we did our standard maintenance for Windows OS patches. Upon further investigatin, the SW trap service is running but port 162 is not open. Any ideas?
After running netstat -ano I saw that it was in use by another app. Getting rid of that app now... Oh, and the Engineer Toolset port scanner does not scan UDP ports - that kinda sucks.
