    ipMonitor has detected that your browser cache had old resources that may cause problematic behavior.  Please clear your cache before logging in.


      This error can occur when using IE 8.  Here are the steps to resolve this error:

      1. Click Tools\Internet Options
      2. Under Browser History, click Settings
      3. Click View Files, hold CTRL + A, and then hit delete
      4. Click View Objects, hold CTRL + A, and then hit delete
      5. Close your browser and reopen it
      6. Try to log back into the web interface
