I was learning about Report writer and Availability reports and I need a report which discounts explained downtime downtime . i.e: If a nodes goes down, i need to dispatch a technician and in this time(i.e. 2 days) this discount minutes on the report as pero our SLA agreement. We use clock stops but we do not want to manage/unmanage 1 node everytime that we place a clock stop start or clock stop stop. (Waiting for customer action, field engineer already dispatched, etc).
Is there any way to customize this or manage this requiremet?
Another question that i have is: Can I manage/unmage nodes sending comands to Orion?

Right now a node should go unmanaged and not down when it is unmanaged and this would not count as down time in a report. Regarding your second question, this is not something you can do today, but we have it on our list
