    Unable to License from Closed Network

      I have tried several times to license Engineer Toolset 10.3 via the manual process to no avail.  I follow the intructions precisely.  After browsing to the license file and clicking "Next" I get the following error: 

      "Your License Activation Failed, The Specified File did not contain a valid license.  Contact Customer Support".

      I had my license reset and I was told to try again.  This manual process takes a long, long time to do, as I need to go through a process in order to transfer the information to my Solarwinds Server.  There must be a work-around for this.  Engineer Toolset is the only product that has this process, and it is a process that is by far the most cumbersome.
