orion web interface: report tab issue

hi guys,

hope all of you are fine.

am having an issue with solarwinds orion web interface. while navigating to the reports tab i notice that the reports that should be present has disappeared. am still trying on understand what has happened, but remain in the fog and due to this issue am not getting any scheduled reports!!

i do have a solarwinds orion 9.5 with SP4 installed on a win 2003 server. i also attached a screen shoot of the web interface.

does someone know any tricks to make report links come back again? and tell me what may has caused this?

Go into Account Manager and Edit that user account. Check the setting for Report Folder and ensure it is NOT set to "No Reports". Assuming it is pointing to a valid Report\ directory the next check would be to remote into the server and navigate to that directory to verify it exists and that there are in fact reports there.

If you navigate on the Orion server to the directory the account is pointing to, do you see report definitions in there?

I know it's a bit old bit this worked for me after I had logged out and back in again. Thanks for the pointer....
