When a user is set up to have a sound played when an alert is triggered it applies to all alerts the user has access to see. Some alerts do not need to have the sound played even though the user is set up to play a sound on any alert. It would be good if you had the option when defining the alert to not play a sound even if the user has sounds set up for alerts.
