Role Based Access Control

I would like to be able to give level 2 support access to add nodes into NPM/NCM. The only way right now that I see (npm9.5sp4) is to give them full Admin rights. I would really like to see granular control over admin tasks. The ultimate would be to tie that back to AD groups.
