Wireless LAN Controllers .......

I have upgraded our Orion Network Performance Monitor to V9.5 SP4 and migrated our database to 2005 Enterprise. I noticed that with V9.5 that management of wireless devices is an added feature. With that I added all of our wireless LAN controllers which is about 97 controllers but I can not see all of them listed in the summary view. If I search for them in the node view they are there, but I cant see them or the AP's for them in the Wireless summary view. Is that view paged somehow?

Also is it possible to create a view for the AP's that will show an historical graph for number of clients connected either by total number of clients or clients by SSID?

How long did you wait before viewing the wireless summary page? I have noticed that page takes a while to populate all of my wireless controllers when I restart services, etc.

Well.... these controllers were actually monitored before the upgrade to 9.5. I am wondering if I should just remove them and then readd them. I have tried the rediscover nodes and restarting services in the last 24 hours but the controllers still will not show up in my wireless summary window. In the wireless summary window I have tried grouping by controller, location, and vendor and still no luck.

Can you try removing one and re-adding it, is that possible? If not, could you please open a support ticket so we can look into further.

I have tried everthing I know... I have removed controllers, readded controllers, Shut down all services, restarted all services, Shut down the server, Restarted the server, Re-ran the configuration wizard and I just can not figure out why this wireless summary window will not update or show the correct information. I can see my wireless controllers in the node view I can poll, rediscover, ping and everthing works fine. the properties view even shows it is a Cisco 4402 Wireless Lan Controller, Yet when you switch to the wireless summary view it is not there....
Am I missing a step in the process? Is there something else I should be doing to get these node to dispaly in the wireless summay view?

After looking through the forums, it appears that many people are experiencing the same issues regarding Orion 9.5 not being able to display the wireless controller correctly. Is there a resolution to this issue yet?

We have seen some issues, but not everyone is seeing them also. For those at are, we are getting the appropriate diagnostics so we can see what is going on and file the appropriate defects to get fixed.

Rediscover seems to take care of it within a few minutes. It would be nice to have the Thin AP update or client count updates be a configurable item for wireless controllers and perhaps access points.
