As I've stated earlier, I'm quite a new with both netflow and NTA and I figured I'd ask the question here before I kill either my NTA installation or our SQL cluster.
I basically have 11 7206VXR routers added to my installation, where I monitor both my inside (LAN) and outside (WAN) interface. Both subinterfaces are configured with both "ip flow ingress" and "ip flow egress" on both sides. Is this excessive considering the amount of data I am monitoring? Is it beneficial to only have one of them added, or what are your experiences?
The reason I'm asking is because I want to know if its likely to cause performance issues to monitor too much traffic on too many interfaces, and if I can safely remove some of them.
