    Support Ticket Status Now Visible in Your Customer Portal

      You can now view the status of your support tickets in the customer portal. In the left navigation panel, SolarWinds has added a Support Cases link. Cases are listed with one of the following states:

      • In Progress
      • Bug – Submitted
      • Feature – Submitted
      • Closed
