Link to URL directly from message in web console

I would like for the web console users to be able to click on the message and be able to launch a launch a URL directly from the message. Then the link would take them to a seperate web page that contained instructions on what to do when the alert appears.

If this was possible I would be able to use this for a console in our NOC.

Why dont you put a link in the message itself? You could host your instructions and just link to the .html page.... :)
Now better yet, would be how to delete them when the problem is taken care of...
