Need some SQL help please!!

I want to create an Advanced SQL report that will tell me which custom pollers are assigned to which nodes. I can't figure out the common field that I need to use from the Nodes, CustomPollers and/or CustomPollerAssignment tables for the JOIN statement.

Can anyone help?

Nodes.NodeID = CustomPollerAssignment.NodeID
