Network Performance Monitor Startup Error

Occasionally we'll get these errors on our web-front end and will require a reboot to clear up. We are running to Pollers together.

Cannot start SolarWinds Orion NPM Web Engine (OrionNPMWeb.Application).

Error Number 424
Object required

You may need to rerun the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard.

Thanks I tried the IIS settings to see if it doesn't happen again
