I have the Toolset loaded on a PC shared by a couple of users. When one user logs in and uses the IP Network Browser, it works fine. When a different user logs in, the IP Network Browser does not display the same information [descriptions are missing, etc].
Each user is a local admin on the box. I have reinstalled the application suite.
Hi Rich - was the Toolset installed "For all users" or individually for each user? Can you send me a screenshot of the app where things are missing?
