Re: 9.5 SP3 - Breaks console for Secondary Poller devices.
Karlo.Zatylny Aug 5, 2009 1:22 PM (in response to viol8tor)Hi,
We will need to look at your diagnostics to find out your exact issue. Can you be more specific about your UnDP problems? Perhaps we can solve that issue in the forum.
Thanks

viol8tor Aug 5, 2009 1:58 PM (in response to Karlo.Zatylny)1 of 1 people found this helpfulLong story short, I have resolved the Orion Website Identity problem. (As circumstances would have it, an Admin on the other side of the world messed up DNS right about the same time I did the upgrade.) As for the UNDP console problem - 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object', I'm positive that this is a repercussion of the Web Site Identity problem. I deleted many objects from the system through the website, which in turn did not process the deletes properly. I had tons of orphaned records in the Custom Poller tables. Will let you kow if this clears up the problem.

caustix Feb 28, 2013 5:55 PM (in response to viol8tor)manage nodes, ensure all your devices are set to poll on the newly installed polling server. In NCM 7.1.1 I see a change poller action in the "more actions' dropdown when SW sees more than one polling server.
Once all assigned to correct polling server, go to main settings on the top left of the screen.
Choose Polling Engines and delete unused pollers (now that all devices are not assigned this will work) - now I don't have that error
