Add node/discovery of planned nodes with bulk upload

I want to add 200 planned, actual down nodes with a bulk upload. I can do this node per node with IP addresses, but it´s not possible with discovery and the bulk upload function or something else. How can I import several nodes with actual status "down"?

Who has an idea?

It's not possible in bulk, only manually.
