So you want to modify the Nodes with Problem resource. On the page in which that is located if you click edit you can apply a filter to filter the nodes in the list. We provide some examples there you can use to filter. Please check that out and see if that takes care of you. If not, please post more details around what you want to do

Re: NPM 9.5-sp2 Nodes with Problems not sorting correctly
TXNOGAS Jul 30, 2009 8:19 AM (in response to bshopp)I currently have the following filter in my Nodes with Problems:
Status<>1 AND StatusDescription NOT LIKE 'Node status is Warning.' AND Caption NOT LIKE '%JBM%'
I have tried the following filter and get an error when using this filter (See Screenshot: Nodes_With_Problems_Error.gif)???
Status<>1 AND StatusDescription NOT LIKE 'Node status is Warning.' AND Caption NOT LIKE '%JBM%' order by 'Caption' asc
I would like for the Nodes with Problems screenshot to sort the Nodes in Alphabetic order (i.e.: ORDER BY Nodes/ Caption) (See Screenshot: Nodes_With_Problems_Example.gif)???-

Not sure if it will fix your problem, but SP3 was released yesterday.
