One thing I have always disliked, but its a minor thing, is that the search window defaults to look for additional posts by the current poster.  For example, I came into your post just now.  If I click in the search window but forget to change it to look within all of Orion or Orion NPM then it only searches for posts on my topic, that you have posted on.  Its great if I could select that but most times it just waste time because I generally dont search for posts by a specific person other than myself.
