    Cannot open any of the tools

      We recently purchased the Engineer's toolset and have not been able to open any of the tools after installation.  I have worked with customer support and tech support however, they have been unsuccessful in resolving my issue.  When I ran the install I ran it as local administrator and the install went fine.  On the Customer Portal it shows our license as registered and the machine it was installed on.  Immediately after installation I was able to open up and use some of the tools in the toolset but by the next day when I clicked on them they would not open up.  I opened the License manager and it tells me that there are no SolarWinds products installed on my machine.  Please help!  We are really looking forward to using these tools to help us monitor our network and so far have been met with nothing but dissappointment.
