I am using NPM9.1. Is there a way to ignore a period of downtime in the availability report? I am monitoring some devices for a customer over a WAN we provide. When there is a local power failure, the devices are all reported down. But in my report, I still want to show a 100% availability, as the responsibiltiy in this case falls on the customer.
Have you tried to configure DateTime filters in the Filter Results tab?
If it does not provide enough combinations, you can click on Report > Show SQL. Click on the SQL Tab, copy the SQL Query. Create an Advanced SQL Report (File > New > Advanced SQL Report) and add DateTime conditions in the WHERE statement.
