I've recently adopted an Orion NPM baby, and completed an install. I've never worked with the product before, and don't know a thing about it.
Looking at the licenses we purchased in my customer portal it appears that when this software was purchased we bought multiple licenses for NPM v9, because I see SL250 and SL100 entries.
From what I've read about the product, I wouldn't assume that licenses could be merged. I fear someone purchased both with the hope that we could monitor 350 objects, when what we really needed to do was purchase SL500? Is that correct?
