SQL DB after attempt to upgrade to 9.5

We tried to upgrade to 9.5 lastweek and was told to hold off till the SP1 patch came out. Went to start the upgrade again this morning and noticed this in SQL.

We have not done anything in sql since then and this box is dedicated to orion SQL. Any clue why this happend?

Not sure, I would recommend logging a support case
