Alert Monitor and email notification percentage differ.

When a specific link reaches 85% I receive the notification fine. The percentages shown are very different between the alert and notification.

The alert showed 92% and the notification said 19%... any ideas??

It might just be me but I'm having some difficulty understanding your question. I'm aware of alerts but what do you mean by notifications?
