I’m administrator of NPM solarwinds product. I’ve created users with certain limitation and the users cannot access to the report writer. All the users can only use this Solarwinds NPM through web base only. But my problem is I cannot provide them with the report they want. How to do a report that user can fill their own date as they want. Example they want LAN Availability from 3rd March 2009 to 8th March. This is the biggest challenge to me for the time being.
Hope solarwinds can provide this kind of report even Whatsup Gold can provide this in their product why Solarwinds cannot.
