I have Eng Toolset V10. I upgraded from V9.1 due to tftp problems, hoping V10 would resolve. TFTP starts the service just fine, but the config viewer always errors out with a 'Transfer Failed - No configuration information available on router' error. If I load a different TFTP server, such as Pumpkin, the config viewer works great. I have deleted the logs as suggested in a few posts.
I reinstalled product, repaired it, etc. to no avail. Solarwinds TFTP just won't talk. Any ideas?

Olimpia - can you contact support and submit a packet capture of the SNMP traffic to the device? Also, what happens if you manually start a TFTP config download via CLI on the device?
