Report writer - Custom report not working for Yesterday

I have created some reports to display peaks and averages for certain interfaces over time periods.

I creaetd one that I have selceted yesterday. This timeframe is not working, I am seeing devices that were not even in Solarwinds yesterday but added today now in yesterdays reports. Also the Past 1 Hour and 4 Hours are not working correctly either.

This is working. Problem was with the selection of Time of peak TODAY.
Is there a way to put a time stamp on the peak of yesterday or over a certain time period like 1 hour?

Can you share what you are doing with your report? I don't understand the constraint you are asking for.
I may be able to write you a sql report based on this =)
