Engineers Toolset v10 Eval Expire causes NPM to stop working

Hey guys,

I ran into problem that I don't know if anybody knows about or has seen. Last night my Engineers Toolset v10 installed on my Orion system had it's Eval expire, which is another story as it now has two licenses attached to it. After the Eval expire the NPM wouldn't load and gave me an Eval Expired message and it would not collect statistics.

Very interesting and quite a horrible experience.
