I created a custom poller that is applied to all the store router. It poll the internal modem of the router. And when the high speed fails the internal modem kick in and the poller change from 0 to 1. And then an alert is sent to the support team.
I would like to create a report that will tell us how long the router was on the dial backup line (using the internal modem, poller = 1)
I've been trying and searching the forum but to find nothing so far. Can this be done ?
using orion npm 9.1 sp4
