Creating a IIS (HTTP) Universal Device Poller to show Bytes sent/sec

I have been searching aroung all of the Orion ,MIB, OID sites for IIS Statistics and i have found that totalBytesSentLowWord can be used to show that however I do not know how to Transform the Results to accomplish this task.

If i am wrong please let me know i have been digging hard to find some answers

Can you provide some more details about what needs to be done to transform that number? What is it about that value that prevents you from using it directly?

The reason why i can use it directly is becuase the number is the total since IIS has been running
