Monitor Event Log - Other Domain - Access rights are insufficient

I'm having trouble monitoring event logs on servers in a separate domain from where ipMonitor is installed. I've followed this procedure: https://support.ipmonitor.com/tutorials/53c40283e45b49129f4f7603b02dae08.aspx

It does work for some of my server monitors, but it does not for others, so I simply cannot monitor the event logs on those servers. Any ideas? Thanks!
