We have Orion 9.1 running with SP3 installed. Ran into an error number 424 and ran the Solarwinds Configuration Wizard. However now the Network Performance Monitor Service is stuck in a "stopping" state and will not restart.
I have logged a ticket and a call with Solarwinds support but apparently they do not have late hours support.
Anyone with any ideas?
Well, I feel pretty dumb (or dumber actually.)
Suryanto (I guess in the Singapore office) responded with what should have occurred to me - stop the NetPerfMonService.exe instance using Windows Task Manager.
Did that, ran the configuration wizard and all is well.
