Orion v9.1 SP3 ... Poor to Abysmal Performance

Hello,

I recently setup a new install of Solarwinds Orion v9.1 SP3 on a new server. The server is Win2k3 Server 64bit fully up to date and dedicated strictly to Solarwinds. It has 12 gigs of memory and 2 x Dual Core procs. Accessing the main page after login takes about 30 seconds and then if I drill down into a specific node it takes 5 to 15 secs regardless of where the node/device is located. Any ideas ? I'm using an external SQL database which I've had our DB check already. Any ideas as to why it may be so slow ?

Are you running any other modules on top of Orion NPM?

Configuration Manager but it is not even setup completely yet. I'm waiting to fully populate Orion so that I can import the settings from the Orion DB into Config Manager .... other than that, no other modules installed. Orion currently only monitoring 40 devices.
