How to setup alert sends a text message to mobile phone

Hello,

I want to setup monitor for my exchange 2003 server services. I want to setup alert to sends a text message to my mobile phone whenever the exchange services is down. I understand the IpMonitor can send alert message to mobile phone. Would you let me know where do I start and how to setup?
