multiple Orion administrators sharing Advanced Alerts interface

is there any way to have the Adv Alerts GUI installed locally on a desktop?

i am about to share administration with another person and i foresee us colliding over using the same Advanced Alert GUI at the Orion server.

The Advanced Alert GUI can only be installed and ran from the Orion server
