You can setup some Universal Device Pollers to monitor through SNMP the MPLS stats and parameters of your devices.
To Create a Universal Device Poller: Re: Question: Monitoring volumes on a NetApp SAN....
Juniper developed a MIB where you can retrieve most of the information you need about MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) and LSP (Label Switched Paths).
The MIB is called MPLS-MIB: http://support.solarwinds.com/updates/searchmib.cfm#mibs/MPLS-MIB/item.aspx
You can click on a specific OID to know what it can return.
MPLS Mibs: MPLS Label Switching Router MIB – 220.127.116.11.3.96http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2t/12_2t2/feature/guide/lsrmibt.html
MPLS Traffic Engineering (TE) MIB – 18.104.22.168.3.95http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2t/12_2t2/feature/guide/te_mib12.html
If someone knows for the other vendors or use different ones for Juniper/Cisco devices, please post the OIDs of the relevant MIBs.
